Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
All our products have a 3 month manufactures warranty. If you believe there to be a fault with your product we will endeavor to replace the product. If a suitable replacement is not in stock, you can choose to be issued with a credit note for the full purchase price or a full refund. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to be processed, depending on your payment method.
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it to us to receive a replacement product. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we can issue a credit note for the purchase price or a full refund.
You must notify us via email at [email protected] of the return within 14 days from receiving your goods. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process from receiving your items back at out office.
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all its contents (if applicable). You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, except in the case of faulty items where we request for you to send the items back to us. We will cover the costs to return replacement products to you. shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend returning your items via registered post. We will take no responsibility for items lost that have not been sent by registered post.
All sale items are, non-refundable unless faulty but can be returned for a suitable replacement or credit valued at the sale price.
Please include this returns form with your stock to allow for the fastest process time. Allow up to 10 business days for postage and handling for goods to be received back to us and processed. Than allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed or 10 business days for replacements to be posted back to you.
