Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
All of our products have a 3 month manufactures warranty. If you or a customer of yours believe there to be a fault with their product,please contact us directly at email@example.com and be sure to have the following:
- The name the purchase was made under (Hostess Name)
- The order number The address the purchase was mailed to
- Description of the fault We will endeavor to replace the product.
If a suitable replacement is not in stock the customer can choose to be issued with a credit note for the full purchase price or a full refund. If your customer is not happy with their purchase you can return it to us within 14 days to receive a replacement product, credit note for the full purchase price or a full refund. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include the following or complete the return form included in your customer’s order :
- The name the purchase was made under (Hostess name)
- The address the purchase was mailed to
- Reason you are returning your product
- The order number
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are non-returnable, nonrefundable, and non-exchangeable. Your customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their items shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns, exchanges and refunds can affect your commission plan.
